Prospect within and expand existing customer accounts across the West region. Manage the full consultative sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, account management, quoting, order processing, and customer requests. Meet quarterly and annual sales targets, maintain forecasts and customer data, manage the Salesforce pipeline, and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new enterprise customers across the West. Manage full sales cycle including demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, articulate product value, support trials, and hand off customers to Customer Success while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

Lead West Coast regional marketing programs from strategy through execution, managing budgets, goals, stakeholders, timelines, events, ABM initiatives, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales and SDR teams, identify process improvements, and develop scalable AI-enabled workflows for marketing operations and reporting. Independently manage risks and priorities while guiding associates and contractors.

Own and improve incentive compensation systems and commission operations. Assess workflows, replace manual processes with scalable automation, configure and optimize Xactly, integrate CRM, HRIS, data warehouse, and compensation platforms, and use SQL to reconcile data and validate outputs. Build AI-enabled workflows, establish documentation and controls, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, and Data teams.

Leads Western Europe regional marketing programs from strategy and budgeting through execution, reporting, and retrospectives. Manages ABM, events, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and performance goals in partnership with Sales and SDR teams. Uses Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com, AI, and automation to improve marketing efficiency and scalability. Independently manages risks and priorities, translates performance data into recommendations, documents repeatable workflows, and guides junior team members and contractors.

Responsible for prospecting and closing new business across Benelux. Manage full sales cycle (outbound/inbound, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), track pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, convey value of Grafana products, and hand off customers to Growth team. Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

Lead architecture, delivery, and operation of large distributed telemetry databases. Define technical strategy, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability practices; drive performance, cost, and observability improvements; lead incident response and cross-team projects; mentor engineers; and represent engineering to stakeholders.

Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to define KPIs and measurement for AI-powered features, guide instrumentation, design and evaluate experiments, build dbt models, create dashboards, and influence product analytics standards and long-term strategy.

Sell Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise across Switzerland and Austria through outbound prospecting and consultative sales. Manage full sales cycle (demos, trials, POCs, proposals, negotiations), maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, meet quarterly and annual quotas, and hand off customers to Growth. Serve as regional technical sales expert and build strong customer relationships.

Embed with Mimir, Loki, and Tempo squads to own production reliability for high-SLA Grafana Cloud database customers. Design SLOs, build automation to scale reliability, reduce SLO burn, lead incident response and post-incident reviews, improve observability and alerting, mentor engineers, influence product design for operability, and drive toil elimination and scalable operational practices across multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments.
