Lead the design and execution of Grafana's IT SOX program: scope, risk assessment, control design, testing, documentation, deficiency remediation, and external auditor coordination. Assess ITGCs and application controls across cloud/SaaS and ERP systems, leverage AI/automation, manage co-source partners, and report risks and remediation to senior leadership.

Sell Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to new enterprise customers across India. Prospect, manage full sales cycle (demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), meet quota, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, handle quotes and orders, and transition customers to Customer Success.

Partner with Sales as a technical product expert to demo, evaluate, and close complex opportunities. Own technical customer engagements, deliver presentations and enablement, gather product feedback, and create documentation and content to drive adoption of Grafana's observability platform.

Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable alerting backend systems. Drive features end-to-end, contribute to open-source, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and collaborate remotely to improve reliability, performance, and alert evaluation at scale.

Partner with Sales to lead technical engagements, deliver demos and presentations, qualify and close complex opportunities, provide customer feedback to product teams, and create enablement content (docs, blogs, videos) to drive customer success with Grafana observability products.

Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable backend systems for Grafana Alerting. Drive features from ideation to production, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, contribute to open-source, and collaborate with customers and Grafana Cloud teams to deliver reliable alert ingestion, evaluation, and delivery at scale.

Senior finance leader partnering with GTM executives to drive planning, forecasting, driver-based modeling, and strategic investment decisions.
