Build and enhance Hyro's SaaS platform and internal tools: develop secure, well-tested backend systems and responsive UIs, maintain data APIs (Node.js, Python), design visualizations, and collaborate with designers and product managers.

Own commercial relationships and growth for enterprise healthcare accounts: retain and expand revenue, lead renewals and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, manage negotiations and contracting, drive customer adoption with Delivery teams, conduct executive reviews, maintain Salesforce forecasts and account plans, and represent Hyro at customer meetings and events.

Identify and engage healthcare enterprise prospects via cold outreach, qualify leads through discovery calls, create outbound messaging, book demos for Account Executives, and support account strategy, event outreach, and pipeline generation to drive revenue.

Lead product design for client-facing healthcare products: own UX/UI, prototype and test rapidly, collaborate with PMs and engineers, define reusable components and a design system, and mentor designers.

The Senior AI Engineer will design and develop AI products, focusing on Generative AI applications, improving NLP capabilities, and evaluating ML models.
