Lead a team to design, develop, and deliver the Disclosure Management product across the full SDLC. Guide architecture and code quality, mentor engineers, run Agile sprints, implement .NET/C#/WPF features, make database changes, ensure unit testing and QA support, and collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap and technical investments.
