Serve as a long-term, integrated partner to customers managing Salesforce-based solutions: lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, release planning, build/configuration, repos/promotions, testing (SIT/UAT), user/data management, issue triage, reporting, and documentation to ensure stable, evolving managed services.

Design, build, and operate scalable AWS-based platform infrastructure for data processing. Improve pipeline automation, monitoring, security, and reliability. Lead CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Scalr), network design, and incident response; collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotation.
