Prepares localization project quotes, calculates turnaround times, follows up to improve acceptance rates, monitors client satisfaction, identifies sales opportunities, and supports account retention. Advises clients on project management and costs, coordinates project information with Project Managers, improves quoting workflows, tracks commercial KPIs, and ensures accurate financial and billing information is recorded in project systems.

Annotate and manage training/test datasets, run model training, evaluate model performance, perform manual QA and error analysis, and refine annotation guidelines for NLP/ML projects.
