Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture. Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, ensure data quality and governance, own billing data infrastructure, and deliver dashboards and analytics for leadership while mentoring peers.

Lead post-sales operations covering onboarding, retention, and expansion. Design scalable playbooks, health scoring, lifecycle campaigns, dashboards, and integrations. Partner cross-functionally to improve time-to-value, reduce churn, drive expansion, and coach CX teams on process and data-driven decision-making.
