Provide L2 production support for payment applications: monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, run log and SQL analysis, manage tickets, follow ITIL processes, support deployments, maintain runbooks, and work rotating 24/7 shifts to ensure platform availability and performance.

Lead and mentor a 10-15 engineer product team to deliver scalable, API-first platforms. Own end-to-end module delivery, promote CI/CD and automation, enforce performance, security, observability, and partner with Product to translate requirements into technical designs.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap for a payments platform. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and operations to prioritize backlog, enforce NFRs, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize infrastructure and platform performance, and communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders.

Validate end-to-end payment transactions and integrations across global payment rails, test ISO 20022 messaging and mappings, perform reconciliation and settlement testing, verify exception handling and recovery, support UAT and bank/network certification, and maintain audit-ready test cases and traceability.
