Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Java-based payment solutions. Lead technical design, implement ISO20022/SWIFT integrations, ensure CI/CD, observability, and perform production RCA while collaborating with QA and DevOps.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap for a payments platform. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and operations to prioritize backlog, enforce NFRs, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize infrastructure and platform performance, and communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders.

Own and drive UI requirements for the payments application; collaborate with UX/UI, Product, Engineering, and QA to define, document, prioritize, and deliver web and mobile payment features with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Drive end-to-end business analysis for payments solutions: gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, message mappings, and user stories aligned with ISO 20022. Collaborate with banks, product, and engineering teams to support delivery, testing (SIT/UAT), production readiness, and change management across the payments lifecycle.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI platforms and products. Define AI standards, drive GenAI adoption, build scalable MLOps and observability, mentor engineers, and guide technical strategy.
