Monitor compliance alerts, investigate trading exceptions, maintain security master data, analyze compliance reports, and support real-time trade approvals. The role partners with Technology and Compliance teams to implement automated controls, resolve data and technology issues, manage projects, improve monitoring processes, and integrate artificial intelligence into compliance tools. Candidates need investment industry compliance experience, asset-class knowledge, data analysis skills, strong communication, and project management ability.

Build and enhance software supporting fund accounting and trade processing. Develop scalable applications using test-driven and agile methodologies, integrate internal and external services, improve resiliency and automation, resolve operational issues with DevOps teams, leverage CI/CD, and help transition applications to cloud platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams on cross-departmental initiatives.

Support Treasury applications and workflows covering repurchase agreements, margin, and stock loans. Diagnose and resolve critical production issues, monitor data feeds and scheduled processes, investigate application and database problems, coordinate releases, and partner with development teams on platform improvements. Create runbooks and support documentation, improve operational controls, and collaborate with Treasury and Technology teams on incident response and business continuity. Provide off-hours support as needed.

Provide white-glove IT support to executive management and investment professionals. Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, mobile devices, software, market-data platforms, and video conferencing. Advise users on technology and policies, manage incidents and service requests, coordinate with technology providers, develop project plans, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in rotational 24/7 on-call support with domestic and international travel as needed.

Perform daily P&L reconciliations across front- and back-office systems, investigate breaks across asset classes, prepare variance reports, finalize portfolio manager P&L, answer stakeholder inquiries, and improve reconciliation processes through automation and enhanced controls.

Own the Legal department’s operational strategy, budget, processes, reporting, technology roadmap, and AI-enabled workflows. Manage legal technology vendors and outside counsel, improve matter intake and document management, govern confidentiality and privilege controls, oversee entity and regulatory tracking, and drive adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Manages threat and vulnerability activities, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating security risks across systems and environments.

Provides administrative support to portfolio managers and research analysts by managing calendars, meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, expense reports, phone coverage, relationships, and special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, multitasking, attention to detail, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Perform daily cash and P&L reconciliations, resolve operational breaks with counterparties and internal teams, answer investment team inquiries, and complete tasks within service-level agreements. Lead workload allocation and talent development while handling complex operational issues. Identify and implement straight-through-processing improvements, partner with technology teams, and support trade processing across multiple asset classes in a high-volume environment.

Own end-to-end technology procurement, including SaaS and software negotiations, competitive sourcing, contract review, renewals, spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost optimization. Build total cost of ownership models and business cases, manage technology contract lifecycles, and collaborate with Legal, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with governance, regulatory, and commercial risk requirements.
