This role involves managing key client accounts, driving business growth, maintaining customer relationships, and acting as a client advocate internally. The position requires extensive experience in sales, especially in financial markets.

Lead SAP BW development: review and approve designs and transports, identify and mitigate technical/performance/security risks, ensure development compliance, collaborate with functional teams and testing, support BAU and projects, and contribute to onboarding and documentation.

Manage strategic accounts in North America securities clients, build long-term relationships, drive product adoption and revenue, represent Swift at industry events, advocate client needs internally, and collaborate on ISO 20022, APIs, cloud/ERP integrations, digital assets and correspondent banking initiatives.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders including managing correspondence, calendars, travel, expenses, meeting minutes, files, and event logistics. Maintain leadership materials and team websites, prepare reports and presentations, handle confidential communications, support site operations in Manassas, and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.

The Lead SAP Developer will oversee complex development initiatives, drive technical design decisions, ensure compliance, and collaborate across teams while leading a continuous enhancement strategy for financial services.
