Provides end-to-end phone and email support to merchants using online and in-store payment solutions. Troubleshoots terminal, gateway, transaction, settlement, fraud, and integration issues; manages cases within SLAs; and resolves complex problems. Collaborates with internal teams, supports onboarding and training, identifies recurring issues, maintains documentation, contributes to knowledge resources, and helps improve retention, product adoption, and operational performance.

Owns high-volume commercial contract requests from intake through completion using approved templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted tools. Reviews and populates agreements, escalates nonstandard requests to attorneys, maintains contract records and version control, tracks workflow metrics, and communicates with stakeholders. The role also coordinates team workloads, mentors contract specialists, maintains templates and playbooks, and reports on performance and bottlenecks.

Lead cross-functional customer experience and operational excellence initiatives from problem definition through implementation and benefits realization. Facilitate Tiger Teams, apply Lean, agile, service design, systems thinking, and continuous improvement methods, and drive change adoption. Use Excel, Power BI, and AI to analyze problems and measure impact. Build organizational capability through coaching and training, contribute to a Centre of Excellence, influence senior stakeholders, and develop team members.

Develop and grow Nuvei’s iGaming business across Eastern Europe by presenting payment solutions to senior stakeholders, building sales pipelines, identifying prospects, forming merchant and operator partnerships, and achieving B2B revenue targets. The role requires accurate Salesforce forecasting, market and regulatory awareness, solution selling, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent regional travel. Fluency in English is required, while additional European languages are advantageous.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with ecommerce businesses. Responsibilities include expanding wallet share, negotiating complex deals and contractual terms, providing payment-solution expertise, driving revenue growth, supporting customer success, and advocating for customer needs internally. The role requires client-facing quota-carrying experience, knowledge of merchant services and digital payments, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and travel for client meetings and corporate events.
