The Performance Data Transformation Manager will oversee performance data definitions, methodologies, and quality standards, ensuring consistent performance results while managing stakeholder partnerships across various departments.

Executes and manages European cash and derivatives trades across EUR and GBP government bond and interest-rate markets. Generates investment ideas using market knowledge, macroeconomic analysis, quantitative models, and market data. Provides market insight to portfolio managers, supports portfolio-management activities, and develops relationships with sell-side strategists and traders. The role requires at least two years of European rates trading experience, strong quantitative skills, communication, collaboration, and composure in a high-intensity environment.

Front-office quantitative role supporting mortgage and ABS trading across European markets. Build and implement mortgage pricing, loan-level cashflow and recovery models, automate pricing/surveillance frameworks, and work closely with portfolio managers on complex non-agency and illiquid securitized assets.
