Lead hands‑on development of analytics tools and APIs for quants and portfolio managers: design, build, test, and deploy scalable front‑end UIs, high‑performance backend services, and APIs; translate quant requirements into technical designs; collaborate across teams; own delivery, production reliability, incident response, and mentor peers.

Provide high-level administrative support to investment professionals: calendar and diary management across time zones, travel bookings (flights, trains, visas, hotels), expense processing (Concur), CRM maintenance, meeting preparation and room/Zoom setup, client/visitor reception, ad hoc research and projects, and act as backup to other assistants.

Provide day-to-day HR operations support across the employee lifecycle: respond to HR inquiries, manage cases in an HRSM, execute onboarding/transfers/offboarding, maintain accurate Workday data, produce basic reports, support compliance/audit readiness, maintain knowledge articles, and identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Lead Americas HR service delivery and globally align People Operations standards. Oversee case and knowledge management, employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility), SLAs, metrics, compliance, and vendor relationships. Manage and develop the Americas PO team, resolve escalations, drive process simplification, automation, digital/AI enablement, and continuous improvement across regions.

Lead fee strategy, pricing governance, and fee analyses (MFN, 15c exhibits, sub-advisory comparability). Produce management reporting, partner cross-functionally, and drive process improvements and AI-enabled automation to support pricing decisions and regulatory/Board reporting.
