As a Software Technical Support Analyst, you'll provide support for Murex's platform, diagnose client issues, collaborate with teams, and develop troubleshooting guides while working under pressure in a diverse environment.

Provide client support and delivery for the Murex platform: troubleshoot open cases, manage defect fixes and enhancements, contribute to upgrades/migrations/implementations, run trainings and workshops, assist onsite client support and presales demos, and participate in internal product evolution and support coordination.

Provide client support and delivery for the Murex platform: resolve cases, contribute to upgrades/migrations/implementations, manage defects and enhancements, run trainings, assist on-site, support demos/pre-sales, and work on internal product evolution streams.

Provide technical support for Murex's SaaS platform to global clients, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, assist with implementations and configurations, liaise with product and engineering teams, and ensure high client satisfaction and platform stability.

As a Presales Consultant at Murex, you'll manage end-to-end presales support, collaborating with business development to create impactful proposals, demonstrate service offerings, and maintain competitive presales artifacts. You'll directly engage clients to understand their needs and position Murex as a strategic partner, focusing heavily on Professional and Managed Services in the financial sector.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Murex capital markets software across APAC, enforce governance and risk management, manage stakeholders and virtual teams, support pre-sales, perform crisis management, and travel up to 50% within the region.

Provide technical integration and support for Murex interfaces and reporting solutions. Participate in implementation projects (interfaces, clearings, migrations, customizations), validate and document solutions, report product issues, deliver customer training, and ensure customer satisfaction through issue resolution and best-practice advice.

Support clients with production, upgrades, and implementation projects, provide training, manage defect corrections, and assist senior profiles.

Manage end-to-end sales for capital markets software, identify opportunities, conduct presentations, drive negotiations, and close deals.
