The role requires enterprise-scale Snowflake and AWS expertise, strong data-platform infrastructure automation experience, and leadership in secure, production-grade platform development.

Own and administer the Snowflake platform supporting data, dashboards, and AI workloads. Manage security, RBAC, governance, data protection, environments, resilience, performance, reliability, FinOps, automation, and CI/CD. Operate AWS integrations, sharing, replication, backup, and recovery capabilities; troubleshoot platform and pipeline issues; maintain documentation and runbooks; establish standards; enable engineering teams; and oversee distributed Snowflake administration resources.

Establishes a DataOps and Data Reliability Engineering Center of Excellence with distributed L1/L2/L3 support, builds runbooks and on-call processes, enables Global Operations Center support, manages operational metrics and costs, and leads cross-functional reliability improvements for data, analytics, and AI workloads.

Own and improve implementation team governance, reporting, ticket oversight, initiative tracking, and AI-enabled workflows. Evaluate operational data to identify risks, prepare leadership-ready summaries, drive escalation and follow-up, maintain Confluence/SharePoint, and enable continuous improvement across processes and tools.
