Lead and deliver IT projects for the wealth management division from the PMO portfolio. Define scope, plans, budgets, manage risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams; report to executives; implement portfolio dashboards and KPIs; run retrospectives; develop and manage project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of enterprise technology programs.

Operate and ensure reliability of ELT/data and integration pipelines (Airflow, Azure Integration Services). Monitor SLAs, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage Snowflake RBAC, support deployments (dbt, GitHub Actions), optimize performance, and collaborate across engineering, security, and analytics teams to maintain secure, on-time data delivery.

Manage the Large Cap Growth portfolio: research, recommend, and manage stocks; deliver research materials; manage client investment relationships, lead client meetings, delegate planning and service tasks, and help grow client relationships.

Lead the firm's accounting function across multiple entities: own monthly/quarterly close, internal controls and SOX reporting, audit coordination, fee billing, and ERP/system transformation (Workday). Manage and develop onshore and offshore accounting teams and deliver accurate financials for CFO and leadership.
