As a Business Analyst in User Success & Enablement, you will drive user adoption of data platforms, gather requirements, and improve data delivery. You'll engage with stakeholders and translate their needs into technical requirements while managing platform enhancements and conducting data analysis to ensure effective platform utilization.

Support senior Relationship Managers and Associates in servicing institutional clients by preparing meeting materials, maintaining CRM and consultant contacts, assisting RFP production, managing pipeline reporting, coordinating mailings and team logistics, and participating in projects to improve internal service procedures.

Perform surveillance and monitoring of firm systems, review and address flagged issues, conduct email surveillance, prepare regulatory filings, assist with exams and investigations, deliver compliance training, update policies, review employee requests, and partner with Technology to improve internal review systems.

Lead firmwide AI upskilling by designing and delivering role-appropriate training, coaching, and enablement content for NB-GPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other AI tools. Create communications, self-serve learning resources, videos, and guides; track adoption and co-organize AI community events to drive practical, compliant usage across the firm.

Partner with Distribution, Finance, Client Data, and Technology teams to gather and document requirements, analyze client/account/product and AUM data using SQL and Excel, perform reconciliations and root-cause analysis, create process/data flows and test plans, support UAT and agile delivery, and help modernize and automate AUM and sales reporting.

Lead product development across equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset lines from concept to launch. Originate and analyze new product ideas, conduct market and competitor analysis, manage pricing and business cases, integrate initiatives across the firm, support risk and regulatory review, and supervise and develop team members to maximize product commercial viability.

Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across Private Wealth client service. Map journeys, create SOPs and KPIs, drive technology enablement (requirements, testing, adoption), partner on data governance, rationalize documentation, and implement efficiency-focused changes to improve client outcomes and reduce errors.

Provide administrative support to the EMEA General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and legal/compliance teams including diary and travel coordination, document amendments, meeting agendas and minutes, expense and invoice processing, report collation, telephone coverage, and general office tasks while handling confidential information.

Support retail mutual fund marketing: plan and execute promotions, create marketing materials, drive digital and content marketing, and support sales partners and IFA seminars/events. Report to Head of Marketing and coordinate with media, events, and digital teams.
