Support day-to-day cleared trading operations across multiple asset classes: monitor clearing workflows, investigate and resolve trade breaks and exceptions, coordinate onboarding and testing, provide first-line client support, maintain operational controls and documentation, and drive process improvements including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You will manage client relationships, support trading activities, identify growth opportunities, and ensure operational excellence in the European Credit market.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot FIX connections and integration services for clients and vendors. Onboard and certify connectivity, monitor FIX sessions and message flows, diagnose and resolve production issues, collaborate with product and development teams, perform data-driven analysis, and maintain documentation and client relationships to support electronic trading workflows.

Develop C++ applications, participate in design, enhance existing platforms, develop back-end services, and conduct code reviews.
