Lead shareholder-advisory engagements advising public company boards and executives on ownership analysis, investor priorities, activism defense, engagement strategies, market trends, and presentation development. Manage pitches, supervise Associates and Analysts, contribute thought leadership, and support client-facing marketing and live situations.

Manage procurement and lifecycle of global market data subscriptions and vendor relationships. Partner with risk, legal, compliance, privacy, and audit to meet regulatory expectations, drive adoption, set metrics for control effectiveness, and report AI control maturity to senior management.

Work as an Associate on Technology M&A teams: build and maintain complex financial models, support execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions (due diligence, documentation, client coordination), conduct industry and company research, and mentor/train junior analysts while managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Support LazardNext M&A team in origination, execution, and coverage: prepare pitch materials, monitor investors and markets, build financial models and analyses, prepare process documents, manage transaction process, and conduct sector/company research and reports.
