Supports the outsourcing risk framework by assessing provider risks, monitoring vendor compliance and performance, tracking KPIs and KRIs, maintaining outsourcing registers and governance documentation, mapping regulatory requirements, identifying control gaps, supporting remediation, and preparing risk reports, dashboards, regulatory submissions, and audit materials. The role also contributes to incident tracking, regulatory change implementation, stakeholder coordination, and broader enterprise risk and resilience initiatives.

Own the full sales cycle for UK and EU SMB customers, including prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, negotiation, closing, and customer activation. The role requires strong Japanese and English skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and collaboration on process improvements. Full training in KYC, AML standards, and internal procedures is provided.

Engage CFOs, treasurers, finance, and compliance leaders; displace incumbent banks and fintechs; build pipeline; coordinate presales, product, compliance, and RevOps teams; forecast accurately; and establish expansion opportunities after closing. The role focuses on selling cross-border payments and related financial platform services in high-value, long-cycle deals.
