The Senior Analyst/Associate in GWS Americas Compliance supports compliance coverage, focusing on fundraising, marketing, and client communication compliance across regions, collaborating with various teams and enhancing compliance frameworks.

The Principal will develop tailored partnership proposals, represent KKR in client discussions, and coordinate execution across various asset classes and capabilities. This role demands significant expertise in insurance solutions, capital markets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as the principal Enterprise Risk Officer for KKR's EMEA regulated entities, providing independent oversight of ERM frameworks, regulatory compliance (AIFMD, MiFID, CP86), risk reporting to boards/regulators, and enterprise-wide risk integration. Lead and develop regional risk teams, engage with senior stakeholders and regulators, and shape enterprise risk priorities across strategic, operational, technology, third-party, and emerging risks.

Manage end-to-end operational lifecycle of Funding Agreement and FABN issuances, including execution, settlement, payments, documentation, quarterly program updates, cross-functional coordination, expense tracking, and process improvement/automation initiatives. Serve as Boston-based local operational lead and primary coordinator with internal teams, auditors, legal, and external counterparties, with periodic travel to New York.

Manage fund accounting and operations for private credit and open-ended funds: perform partnership accounting, prepare/review financial statements and investor reporting, oversee third-party administrators, support capital activity and liquidity, respond to investor inquiries, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive process and reporting improvements.

Responsible for preparation and analysis of financial reports for private equity funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy in data collection and reporting.

Lead controllership and fund accounting for KKR Credit funds, overseeing external administrators, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, valuations, fees, and financial statements. Drive process improvement, strengthen controls, support SOX and consolidation reporting, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor a high-performing finance team while executing firmwide transformation initiatives.
