The Internal Sales Associate will support Relationship Managers in driving sales, maintaining advisor relationships, and managing sales pipelines in the wealth management context.

The role leads end-to-end testing, analyzes defects, improves quality assurance practices, and provides subject matter expertise on B2B services and annuity technology workflows.

Manage full-cycle non-technical recruitment across finance, legal, operations, human capital, and business support functions. Advise hiring managers, build talent pipelines, source passive candidates, evaluate applicants, and lead interviews, compensation discussions, and offers. Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders, maintain an exceptional candidate experience, and use Greenhouse for requisition management, pipeline tracking, and data integrity. This is a one-year contractual hybrid role based in Gurugram, requiring four office days weekly.
