Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of institutional and private clients in the San Francisco region, driving retention and new business, coordinating tailored investment solutions with internal teams, leading proposals and onboarding, mentoring associates, and meeting targets for client satisfaction and net revenue growth.

Support execution of subscription, redemption, and asset transfer workflows for discretionary and advisory clients. Coordinate with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators, and legal to ensure documentation, AML/KYC compliance, and post-trade reporting are complete. Maintain accurate client account records, monitor portal activity, prepare ad hoc reporting, and communicate with third-party service providers to meet transaction and client objectives.

Drive client acquisition and growth in the Southeast by developing business development strategies, identifying and engaging prospects (endowments, foundations, pensions, private clients), managing relationships, updating CRM, coordinating with investment, client service and marketing teams, representing the firm at events, and mentoring junior staff to support firm-wide growth objectives.

Monitor OCIO-managed portfolios for compliance with firm and client investment policies; build and maintain Excel models for pre- and post-trade monitoring; investigate and document transaction-based compliance issues; assist with policy amendments and regulatory filings; serve as a compliance resource to internal teams, provide coverage for colleagues, research industry trends, and perform ad hoc compliance tasks.
