Support end-to-end trading and unitholder recordkeeping for Canadian pooled funds: manage account setups, trade flows, reconciliations, cash movements, custodian and recordkeeper interactions, respond to inquiries, and drive process improvements and controls.

Lead a team managing IBOR cash, transaction, and position reconciliations across asset classes. Ensure accurate cash projections, resolve reconciliation exceptions, oversee vendors, support audits, drive operational improvements, and partner with investment, distribution, and risk teams.

Support end-to-end financial reporting and fund accounting for institutional real estate funds: prepare financial statements and client reports, perform month/quarter close, reconciliations, cash management, audit coordination, variance analysis, administrator oversight, process improvements, and mentor colleagues to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial outputs.
