Lead preparation and review of interim and annual consolidated financial statements and MD&A under IFRS. Manage subsidiary reporting, ERP (SAP) close improvements, liaison with external auditors, and resolve complex corporate accounting and disclosure issues while coaching accounting staff and supporting senior management reporting.

The Investment Counsellor manages client relationships, develops investment strategies, and drives business growth through client engagement and market insights.

Support Total Portfolio Solutions distribution by developing client-ready materials, responding to RFPs and time-sensitive requests, engaging clients and intermediaries, translating complex multi-asset and private markets capabilities into clear messaging, monitoring industry trends, and improving commercial responsiveness to drive business development and client retention.

Lead and coordinate completion of RFPs, DDQs, and questionnaires; support finalist presentations; maintain proposal databases; partner with investment specialists; ensure content governance and quality; build opportunity tracking and respond to consultant inquiries.
