Create and publish social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Capture and edit photos, interviews, Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos featuring students, faculty, alumni, employees, and campus life. Maintain content calendars, monitor audience engagement, track performance metrics, identify trends, support campaigns, collaborate with campus teams and agencies, and attend events to capture real-time content. Periodic travel to campuses and events is required.

Administer and award state, federal, private, and VA aid; process verifications and disbursements; run audits and reports; manage default prevention and financial literacy programs; coordinate with other departments and maintain compliance with federal regulations.

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payment runs, reimbursements, vendor reconciliations, and month-end reporting. Provide guidance to AP staff, maintain vendor tax documentation, support audits, resolve discrepancies, and assist with financial projects and process improvements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and experience with multi-company and intercompany transactions.

Develops and manages partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and clinical providers to secure student clinical placements. Responsibilities include prospecting within an assigned territory, building relationships, conducting in-person visits, presenting opportunities, negotiating agreements, attending networking events, and maintaining partnership documentation and CRM records. This field-based role requires approximately 70% travel and focuses on meeting partnership, compliance, and growth objectives.

Manages daily operations at a healthcare education partner site, coordinating classrooms, labs, simulations, assessments, events, inventory, equipment, and proctoring. Supports faculty with simulation setup, skills evaluations, OSCEs, and learning-environment readiness. Oversees equipment maintenance, supplies, documentation, staff training, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditation, safety, and testing standards. The role is full-time, on-site in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with flexible evening and weekend availability.
