Develop and execute regional sales strategies to retain and grow existing customers, acquire new customers, and exceed lab-based revenue targets. Build customer and prospect relationships, analyze market and customer data, manage territory activities, coordinate with service and operations teams, and improve customer experience. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track sales performance, report on pipeline and opportunities, support team members, and travel regularly within the assigned region.

Supports clients with CMMS implementation, migration, optimization, and end-user assistance. Responsibilities include verifying equipment data, cleansing and entering records, analyzing data with BI tools, maintaining asset information, tracking requests and KPIs, preparing project reports, and communicating project updates. The role is primarily on-site with occasional travel up to 25%.

Manages electronic equipment rental categories, including asset purchases, pricing, sales support, profitability, investment and divestment decisions. Analyzes rental performance, utilization, demand, and win rates to drive revenue growth. Collaborates with sales, product teams, management, manufacturers, and resellers, while attending trade conferences and developing category opportunities. Requires strong rental-industry financial knowledge, analytical skills, communication, multitasking, and business leadership.

Develops and evaluates calibration systems, methods, and measurement techniques across electrical, optical, dimensional, mechanical, pressure, flow, and temperature parameters. Determines standards, uncertainty sources, and calibration capabilities; operates advanced measurement equipment; designs and validates calibration automation software; supports testing and documentation; and trains calibration technicians. Collaborates with leadership, customers, engineering staff, and technicians to meet calibration requirements and improve measurement reliability.

Oversee onsite calibration department operations, including technician scheduling, resource allocation, equipment readiness, documentation, compliance, and customer service. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, training, and performance management while ensuring adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and safety standards. Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, process optimization, and technical project initiatives in collaboration with laboratory, quality, sales, and executive teams.
