Own the brand’s organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta. Responsibilities include creating and editing video and graphic content, managing content calendars and publishing, directing UGC creators, engaging with the community, coordinating collaborations, writing platform-specific copy, organizing digital assets, monitoring performance, and using analytics and trends to improve content. The role partners with wellness experts and cross-functional marketing teams to support brand growth and customer engagement.

Manages and optimizes paid search and YouTube campaigns, including campaign builds, targeting, creative trafficking, bidding, budgets, testing, reporting, and performance analysis. Monitors KPIs, pacing, and campaign quality while identifying growth opportunities. Partners with paid media, creative, merchandising, analytics, and marketing teams, supports forecasting and documentation, and provides cross-channel paid social assistance. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and campaign management skills, with e-commerce experience preferred.
