Supervise and develop accounting staff; oversee daily store accounting, reconciliations, cash and credit card processes; support month-end close, prepare journal entries and financial reports; ensure compliance, support audits, and identify process improvements to streamline accounting operations.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers storewide, explain product features, process sales and special orders, maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, receive and restock merchandise, operate registers and assist with carryouts and other retail tasks as assigned.

Design and produce digital creative across web, email, social, paid media, and video. Maintain content calendars, create HTML email templates and landing pages, shoot/edit media, support paid/organic social, test usability, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns.
