Lead global end-to-end recruitment across Americas, EMEA, and Asia as the sole recruiter. Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, build scalable sourcing and employer branding, optimize ATS (Ashby), implement structured hiring, improve recruitment operations, leverage analytics and AI, and drive DEI and candidate experience initiatives to scale Talent Acquisition globally.

Lead group consolidation, internal controls, cash and working capital management, and year-end audit. Manage and develop the group finance team, collaborate with operating unit finance teams, drive process improvements, and professionalize reporting and consolidation across the company.
