Own availability, performance, scalability and observability of mission-critical platform services. Design and run onboarding and continuous training for SDR, Sales, and Post-Sales teams; translate GTM strategy into enablement assets; use data from Salesforce and other tools to diagnose gaps; partner with RevOps and product to drive adoption; manage change, external learning vendors, and measure enablement ROI against conversion, velocity, and NRR.
