Owns Preply’s US brand campaign strategy and execution, including market and city planning, channel plans, investment optimization, measurement frameworks, reporting, and post-campaign learning. Partners with Brand, Growth, Creative, Analytics, agencies, and external stakeholders to deliver locally relevant campaigns, manage budgets, evaluate performance, and build scalable execution playbooks. The role requires strong analytical, commercial, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills in a fast-paced technology or consumer environment.

Own customer experience metrics and improvement programs for geographic and subject-area expansions. Define scalable policies, user journeys, and operational processes; coordinate Product, Growth, Customer Care, Supply Operations, and Localization teams; ensure go-to-market readiness; manage risks and launch execution; and conduct post-launch reviews to improve future expansion playbooks.

Prioritize opportunities, use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate decisions, define success metrics, and drive iteration. Serve as the internal champion for expansion while influencing stakeholders and communicating with leadership in a high-visibility, ambiguous environment.

Lead Preply’s global IT function, setting strategy while remaining hands-on with identity, endpoint management, automation, and scripting. Manage international device lifecycle, workplace technology, SaaS spend, vendor relationships, IT security controls, dashboards, and compliance readiness. Develop a high-performing team, introduce AI-native operations, partner with Security and Finance, and advise C-level stakeholders on technology, cost, risk, and employee experience.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and launch of Preply’s new non-language-subjects vertical. Lead a 0-to-1 product initiative spanning tutor and learner experiences, partnering with design, research, data science, engineering, marketing, and supply teams. Prioritize opportunities, validate decisions through experiments and research, define success metrics, and influence leadership while scaling a new marketplace business.

Manages high-volume content operations, including contributor coordination, editorial workflows, content improvement pipelines, SEO structure, author profiles, and performance tracking. Collaborates with SEO, AI search, social, brand, and design teams to improve content quality, discoverability, and business impact. Maintains operational KPIs and develops new content formats and distribution strategies.
