Lead the Technical Design team for women's denim bottoms, manage fit and construction standards, conduct fittings, measure samples, issue Tech Pack approvals in PLM, coordinate with production and overseas factories, maintain block library and grading rules to ensure consistent execution from development through bulk approval.
