Lead the long-term architecture and governance of ModMed’s AWS cloud ecosystem. Design resilient, scalable, cost-optimized multi-region infrastructure; establish enterprise observability with Datadog and OpenTelemetry; evolve CI/CD and internal developer platforms; oversee Kubernetes and service mesh environments; embed security and compliance controls; and lead complex incident response and resilience initiatives. The role also develops desktop images, optimizes WorkSpaces bundles, and supports Windows, macOS, web, and zero-client environments.

Develop scalable, globally accessible web applications and platforms for a cloud-based healthcare SaaS product. Apply Java/J2EE object-oriented development, SQL, relational databases, web standards, REST services, microservices, and cloud technologies. Leads weekend cyber defense operations across digital forensics, incident response, threat intelligence, malware analysis, detection engineering, cloud and identity security. Commands high-severity incidents, performs memory and cloud forensics, develops automated detections and SOAR workflows, conducts threat hunting, manages digital risk protection, and recommends regulatory breach determinations. The role also mentors SOC analysts, coordinates legal and privacy stakeholders, manages MDR performance, and briefs executives.

Leads strategic, net-new customer acquisition for healthcare IT solutions within a specialty market. Builds territory strategy, generates pipeline, conducts product demonstrations and ROI discussions, manages complex sales cycles, forecasts revenue, negotiates contracts, and closes new business. Develops trusted advisor relationships by addressing practice workflows, revenue cycle, interoperability, and regulatory challenges. Collaborates with marketing, sales development, solutions engineering, and professional services teams. Domestic travel is approximately 30%.

Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex software features, APIs, microservices, and front-end components. Provides technical leadership, conducts code reviews, establishes coding standards, troubleshoots production issues, and mentors engineers. Collaborates with product and design teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance solutions while evaluating emerging technologies and contributing hands-on to development.

Own product analytics and telemetry as the source of truth for product performance, adoption, and platform utilization. Query and blend data across Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, WalkMe, and Datadog; build dashboards tracking adoption, funnels, utilization, and retention; connect telemetry to Jira initiatives; quantify ROI; define instrumentation governance; and present executive insights that guide roadmap prioritization.
