Training role preparing the employee for Account Sales Manager responsibilities. Supports sales initiatives, covers routes, maintains customer relationships, services off-premise retail accounts, monitors competitors, achieves sales and merchandising KPIs, manages documentation, operates company vehicles, and ensures equipment and customer service standards are maintained.

Provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, processing onboarding and employment paperwork, assisting with benefits and reports, scheduling, correspondence, and responding to routine employee inquiries. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and dependable management of administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Perform outside route sales to increase product sales, placements, and displays at assigned off-premise accounts. Deliver product, manage customer relationships, maintain equipment and vehicle, meet monthly KPIs, monitor competitors, collaborate with sales teams, and follow company safety and brand standards.
