Own design, execution, and optimization of omni-channel campaigns in Marketo and the martech stack. Administer Marketo governance, lead lifecycle, scoring, deliverability, and CRM sync. Integrate AI and LLM tools to automate personalization and workflows, analyze performance, mentor junior staff, and drive attribution connecting marketing to pipeline and revenue while ensuring data governance and HIPAA compliance.
