Provide office management and administrative support for a department: supervise reception and phones, manage records, assist with reports, track purchasing, train staff, liaise with community, ensure compliance with funding and state requirements, and act as a mandated abuse reporter.

Oversees Senior Activity Program across multiple locations: staff supervision and development, program planning and implementation, community inclusion, budget and grant management, quality assurance, compliance, external relations, and occasional direct service to meet agency and consumer goals.

Manage the Employment Media & Community Connections program including staff supervision, program planning, budget and grant management, community outreach, and quality assurance. Develop services, maintain external relationships with funders and partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide direct services as needed.
