Supervises shipping, receiving, warehouse, forklift, utilities, and raw-product flow operations in a fresh-produce manufacturing environment. Coordinates staffing, loading and unloading, inventory accuracy, equipment inspections, cold-chain compliance, food safety, employee training, workplace safety, and required documentation. Partners with production, sales, maintenance, and human resources to meet customer, operational, regulatory, and performance goals.
