The Senior Financial Analyst supports FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, projections, performance monitoring, and ad hoc analysis. The role collaborates with accounting during month-end close and partners cross-functionally to improve finance reporting and planning. It requires strong quantitative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with advanced Microsoft Office expertise and experience with AI tools. Workday and Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.
