The International Recruiter will source, screen, and select candidates for the US office, collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining candidate records.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve scalable web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project priorities and deadlines, and deliver high-quality interactive software using Microsoft-based web technologies.

Gather and document business requirements, analyze systems and data, create prototypes and UI designs, develop functional specifications, collaborate with engineering and stakeholders, oversee testing and rollout, and support product adoption and training.

Support HR Business Partner team by building leader relationships, managing employee relations, onboarding, performance appraisal support, training initiatives, HR documentation, and implementing HR policies to promote engagement and compliance.

Support HR and business audits by reviewing employee records, monitoring SOP adherence, documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining compliance documentation. Collaborate with teams to strengthen internal controls, assist with internal/external review prep, and help develop policies and process documentation to improve operational compliance and control effectiveness.
