Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Performs first-level contract review, identifies non-standard provisions, researches contractual and regulatory issues, prepares redlines and summaries, and coordinates with attorneys and business stakeholders. Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.

Provides administrative support to multiple managers, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentation preparation, recordkeeping, correspondence, phone and visitor reception, budget reporting, office supply procurement, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is fully onsite five days per week in the Denver Tech Center.

Supports the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, applicant tracking, and onboarding assistance. Builds candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, communicates with stakeholders, and promotes a positive candidate experience. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, confidentiality, adaptability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Executes administrative and compliance onboarding tasks, including I-9 completion, background checks, reference verification, medical documentation review, file audits, and employee profile maintenance. Supports English- and Spanish-speaking new hires, manages high-volume workloads, processes internal tickets, safeguards sensitive information, and contributes to workflow improvements while ensuring employees are compliant and ready for assignment.

Handles transportation service exceptions, trip data accuracy, approvals, denials, appeals, benefit utilization, mileage, and billing investigations. Provides customer service and outreach to members, medical facilities, clients, and stakeholders through phone and written channels. Identifies fraud or abuse trends, escalates dissatisfaction, recommends process improvements, supports phone operations, and mentors peers while maintaining accurate, efficient service delivery.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts across software platforms. Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, track defects, perform regression testing, and create test documentation. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and testability. The role also involves applying testing processes, supporting CI/CD practices, coordinating with distributed teams, and staying current with testing tools and methodologies.

Plans and executes internal audits across organizational risk areas, including fraud risk. Manages audit lifecycle activities from planning through remediation follow-up, advises stakeholders on internal controls and risk mitigation, supports enterprise risk assessments, develops audit plans, coordinates with assurance functions and external auditors, and contributes to data analytics, quality improvement, and audit reporting.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, execute manual and automated test cases, identify and track defects, perform regression testing, collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, and support CI/CD and testing processes across platforms (including mobile, API, and database).

Manage and maintain relationships with transportation providers across assigned regions, drive provider performance and safety metrics, conduct training, identify and implement process improvements, use data to resolve network issues, manage related projects, and travel frequently to meet providers and visit markets.

Lead Montana non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) operations, overseeing provider performance, compliance, budgets, and KPIs. Serve as primary liaison with Medicaid, health plans, and community partners; drive strategic growth, RFP support, and cross-functional initiatives. Build and coach local leadership, manage staffing and HR processes, and implement data-driven improvements to service quality and financial performance. On-site five days per week; occasional travel.
