Supports senior financial advisors through financial plan preparation, client data analysis, portfolio reviews, asset allocation analysis, rebalancing trades, investment research, client service, account administration, CRM recordkeeping, and performance reporting. The role also contributes to internal initiatives and strategic projects while developing expertise for future independent advisory responsibilities.

Serves as the primary advisor and relationship manager for high-value clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies. Responsibilities include retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning; client retention and business development; asset growth; compliance; CRM documentation; collaboration with internal specialists; and mentoring less-experienced advisors. The role requires CFP certification, extensive wealth management experience, securities licenses, strong relationship-building skills, and leadership.

Executes and manages trades across ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, and other assets. Reviews client accounts for tax harvesting, rebalancing, and cash management opportunities; implements investment strategies; optimizes portfolios within risk and compliance guidelines; monitors market developments; and collaborates with investment managers, wealth managers, and client service teams to improve trading processes and systems.

Support the Financial Planning Consultant by onboarding and servicing CPA planning relationships, meeting clients, maintaining account documentation and CRM, assisting with portfolio monitoring, conducting research, and delivering client service to retain and grow relationships.

Lead and mentor a tax team, collaborate with wealth advisors on tax strategies, review and sign complex individual, fiduciary, and small business tax returns, coordinate tax planning and estimates, improve processes, and maintain client relationships through clear communication.

Lead secure design, deployment, and governance of cloud systems; assess and mitigate cloud risks; integrate security into CI/CD; perform threat modeling; evaluate third-party cloud tools; support incident response, audits, and regulatory compliance in a financial environment.

Lead and coach a Data Support team to manage workload, SLAs, escalations, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous process improvement to ensure advisor-impacting issues are resolved efficiently.

Design, implement, and maintain security solutions across on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure). Perform vulnerability and penetration testing, monitor/respond to incidents, manage security tools (SIEM, EDR, Intune, SCCM), enforce policies, support audits/compliance, and provide advisor-focused security guidance and training.

Monitor and triage security events across SIEM, M365 Defender, AWS and enterprise tools; investigate incidents, perform threat hunting, correlate telemetry, produce incident reports, recommend containment and remediation, collaborate with engineering and risk teams, maintain SLAs, and participate in SOC on-call rotation.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of DSPM and DLP solutions to discover, classify, and protect sensitive data across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise systems. Partner with security and infrastructure teams to reduce exposure, enforce access controls, support audits (FINRA/SEC), develop standards and runbooks, and advise leadership on data security risks and roadmap improvements.
