Build industry relationships, support disposition strategy, provide ad-hoc analyses, and hire/train acquisition analysts while coordinating cross-functionally to move complex transactions forward.

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; act as first escalation for Network Administrators; configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers; participate in project implementations, documentation, rotating on-call support, and occasional on-site travel.

Provide proactive outbound and inbound leasing and renewal support for assigned apartment communities. Use Funnel CRM and Power BI to manage prospects, process applications, prepare move-in paperwork, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, coordinate handoffs with onsite teams, and drive resident retention and occupancy goals through relationship-building and timely communication.
