Serve as the primary post-sales technical and strategic advisor for enterprise accounts. Drive adoption of cloud-native architecture, Mosaic semantic layer, and AI analytics; lead QBRs, technical enablement, integrations, telemetry-driven health monitoring, renewals/expansions, and product advocacy across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Learn the product deeply and partner with product and engineering to design, develop, and maintain technical training, documentation, tutorials, videos, and enablement assets. Own content lifecycle, keep materials aligned with releases, streamline creation workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and use scripting/AI tools to increase efficiency. Troubleshoot product behavior, suggest process improvements, and deliver clear learning for technical and non-technical audiences.
