Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients. Oversee analyses, review workpapers, manage timelines and quality control, present findings to stakeholders, exercise technical transaction judgment, and coach junior team members.

Perform internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing of financial and operational processes, identify control weaknesses, supervise and mentor associates, engage with public and private clients, and assist in developing audit documentation and testing procedures.

Lead strategic tax consulting engagements including transaction planning for M&A, researching tax strategies (e.g., Section 1202), assessing operating and ownership structures, developing transaction strategies, managing and mentoring staff, supporting client development, and ensuring quality control and clear technical communication to client service teams.

Lead marketing for cloud, infrastructure, and managed IT services. Plan and execute campaigns, manage vendor partner MDF/co-sponsored activities, create collateral and thought leadership, run events and webinars, align initiatives with sales and company campaigns, track marketing performance and ROI, and support business development.

Lead tax engagements and advise clients on tax matters; manage engagement budgets, billing, and quality control; supervise, train, and mentor staff; drive client development and retention; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and meet charge hour goals.

Provide administrative support including preparing engagement letters and contracts, entering and validating client data, filing and retrieving documents, back-end processing of tax returns, and operating accounting/tax software. Develop and expand relationships with private equity, investment banking, and M&A professionals in the NY Metro market. Lead outreach, meetings, and follow-up; track activity in Salesforce; use PitchBook and LinkedIn for research; collaborate with marketing; attend industry events; and maintain product and market knowledge to advance business opportunities.
