Sell employee benefits through consultative sales to new and existing clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, support cross-selling, communicate market intelligence to leadership, and travel as needed.

Serve as tax subject-matter expert and trusted advisor; manage client engagements, billing, and quality control; supervise, train, and mentor staff; participate in business development, client meetings, and proposals; ensure deadlines and engagement budgets are met.

Lead and grow international tax practice by expanding client revenue, planning short- and long-term business strategy, managing practice performance metrics, developing business, advising clients as a subject matter expert, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and participating in senior operations. Travel as needed; Master's preferred.
