Lead and manage tax engagements, advise clients on tax matters, oversee staff and deliverables, develop engagement budgets, drive client development and billing, mentor team members, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Lead SALT (state and local tax) compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients. Provide technical guidance on multistate income/franchise, sales/use, nexus, apportionment, and income sourcing. Advise on tax treatment of financial products, intercompany transactions, fintech models, and complex entity structures. Conduct nexus and filing footprint analyses, support audit defense and controversy matters, monitor state tax developments, and help grow SALT offerings within the firm.

Lead and grow a tax practice through proactive client engagement, business development, staff coaching, budget and billing management, quality control, and administrative leadership. Responsible for meeting department goals, collections, and fostering a positive team culture; may hold profit responsibility and participate in senior operations.
