Lead design and delivery of global MES and manufacturing software solutions. Manage a 5–15 person engineering team, budgets, vendor evaluations, Agile delivery, SOX-compliant SDLC, stakeholder relationships, and operational support. Ensure technology governance, integrate modern tools (including AI/LLMs), and drive continuous improvement across development and operations.

Provide IT support, operations and maintenance for R&D, manufacturing, power plants and corporate staff. Deploy and support VMware Horizon VDI and Teradici, manage servers, Layer 3 network devices, backups, accounts and endpoint OS/app issues. Execute operations and maintenance plans, handle escalations, assist projects, document procedures, and provide on-call and travel support as needed.

Support evaluation and characterization of materials for solar cell and module production through laboratory-scale experiments. Collect, analyze, and document data on optical, thermal, UV, and electrical properties. Collaborate with engineers and scientists to improve material performance, maintain lab equipment, follow safety protocols, and present project outcomes and recommendations to leadership.

Lead North America infrastructure operations to deliver reliable 24x7 network, end-user computing, and plant-floor IT support. Manage staff, vendors, budgets, SLAs/OLAs, KPIs, and ITIL/ITSM-based processes. Drive strategy, compliance (SOX), procurement, and continuous improvement while collaborating with global IT and business stakeholders.

Perform thin‑film solar material and device R&D to improve performance, stability, and yield. Plan and run experiments in lab and manufacturing, analyze data, troubleshoot lines, establish process specs and SPC, author production documentation, and drive continuous improvement across sites.

Support and sustain manufacturing performance for module yield, efficiency, and reliability. Diagnose process issues, lead cross-functional root-cause analysis, design statistical experiments (DOE/SPC), analyze data, transfer technology to production sites, develop process control plans, train technicians, support vendors, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
