Design governance, stage-gate processes, and an investment playbook. Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reports, and predictive models to deliver HR insights. Partner with HR leaders to analyze talent, learning, performance, engagement, succession, and workforce planning data. Support AI and automation pilots, ensure data quality and governance, and communicate executive-ready findings to stakeholders.
