Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement operational frameworks for new private markets products. Lead operational readiness assessments, coordinate launches from concept to run, review legal/product documentation, identify dependencies, and optimize processes across accounting, treasury, reporting, performance, and third-party providers.

Lead strategy and delivery of a cloud-based private equity data platform. Own architecture, reliability, observability, and adoption; design modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Azure), ensure data quality, lineage, and scalable pipelines, mentor and scale data engineering teams, and partner with investment, finance, and operations to deliver trusted data products.

Perform high-volume fund accounting operations and reviews including expense allocations, capital account statements, distribution notices, cashflow processing, report generation, system uploads, and data reconciliations. Maintain documentation standards, respond to client queries, support ad hoc requests, and participate in continuous improvement projects across multiple funds.

Evaluate primary fund investment opportunities across Asia (VC, Growth, PE) through due diligence, performance benchmarking, underwriting, and manager research. Monitor existing partnerships, prepare investment memoranda, track market trends, and support fundraising and client reporting.

Provide portfolio analytics, performance review and reporting for evergreen private markets investments. Reconcile third-party data, prepare monthly track records, support RFPs and client data requests, improve processes and controls, validate system enhancements, and document performance reporting procedures.

The Workday Financials Integrations Lead will design and implement integrations, manage projects, oversee upgrades, and collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance operational processes.

Maintain and improve sales pipeline data integrity in Salesforce; produce pipeline and fundraising analyses (conversion, velocity, coverage); identify risks and recommendations; support forecasting, reporting, and senior leadership reviews; connect sales activity to business insights; evolve scalable CRM and enterprise reporting frameworks; partner with regional sales teams.

Coordinate fund closing and client onboarding across investment, legal, tax, compliance, accounting, and client-facing teams. Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, review subscription and KYC documents, identify risks, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the onboarding process.

Support administration and improvement of global compensation programs and job architecture. Manage compensation surveys, benchmarking, Workday-enabled processes, annual compensation cycles, incentive plan administration, data integrity/auditing, reporting/analytics, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Recruiting.

The role involves providing organizational and project support to C-suite executives, managing communications and materials, facilitating meetings, and improving operational processes while handling sensitive information with discretion.
