Lead and advance Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs, oversee vendor lifecycle and automation, deliver risk reporting and training, identify and mitigate operational risks, and drive cross-functional adoption and continuous improvement across the firm.

Support the Marketing COO and Head of Marketing with operations: vendor onboarding and management, budgeting and expense tracking, project coordination, process documentation, workflow optimization, stakeholder communications and approvals, KPI tracking, and preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Support and advance the Operational Risk Management program with focus on Vendor Risk Management and Business Continuity. Lead a 7-person investor data management team supporting onboarding, subscription processing, reconciliations, account maintenance and SLAs. Drive capacity planning, team development, cross-functional projects (Form PF, Source of Funds, escheatment), system enhancements with Technology Solutions, and act as escalation point for investor operations and issue resolution.

Prepare and review investor tax deliverables (K-1s, PFIC statements), federal and state tax returns, and related tax forms; compute quarterly estimated taxable income; liaise with external advisors and internal teams; support ASC 740 memos, audit tax footnotes, investor inquiries, tax notices, and process improvements using AI-driven tools.

Prepare and review SEC reporting (Form 10‑Q/10‑K, 8‑K), quarterly earnings releases and investor communications for public and private BDCs. Maintain general ledgers, support audits, forecast fund performance, manage investor capital accounts, interpret US GAAP, and drive process automation and controllership across fund accounting operations.

Lead accounting and reporting for one or more investment funds, maintain general ledger, prepare partner capital schedules and incentive fee calculations, support investor reporting and quarterly statements, coordinate capital calls/distributions, assist external audits and financial statement preparation, produce fund and management reporting, and support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Support development and execution of investor-focused integrated marketing programs (events, email, web, digital, thought leadership). Manage campaign workflows, collateral, and website content; coordinate internal stakeholders; run email campaigns via Eloqua; support virtual and in-person events; track and analyze program performance; project manage meeting logistics and follow-up; contribute to team operations and brand amplification efforts.

Lead firmwide AI-native business transformation by partnering with business stakeholders to redesign workflows, operating models and decision processes using modern AI (agents, RAG, context layers). Develop roadmaps, business cases, reusable patterns, governance-aligned solutions, and adoption strategies while coordinating AI engineering, data, and change-management teams to deliver measurable value and secure, compliant enterprise AI deployments.
