Own full-cycle B2B customer acquisition across North America, from outbound prospecting and pipeline creation through negotiation and contract close. Apply expertise in industrial process data and sectors such as power, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors. Collaborate with customers, partners, product teams, and account teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead the architecture and development of backend platforms and agentic AI systems. Design scalable distributed services, APIs, runtimes, orchestration, integrations, evaluation systems, and observability capabilities. Drive ambiguous initiatives from concept through production, ensure reliability and safety, collaborate with customers and product teams, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with coding and operations.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend software systems for data-intensive applications. Drive technical direction, implement new technologies, improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and promote testing and continuous delivery. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams, engage with customers, and help deliver maintainable, scalable solutions using backend technologies, databases, distributed computing, and cloud platforms.

Owns customer success for enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, adoption, quarterly reviews, renewals, churn reduction, expansion, and advocacy. Builds strategic relationships with multinational and Fortune 500 stakeholders, develops success and account plans, translates business objectives into priorities, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Training, Support, and Development teams. Provides guidance on industrial data analytics, IT/OT priorities, digital transformation, and customer ROI.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor helping industrial organizations adopt Seeq and implement analytics solutions. Responsibilities include solution reviews, implementation guidance, customer mentorship, use-case discovery, adoption planning, troubleshooting, product feedback, functionality testing, and industry-specific consulting. The role requires translating customer needs into scalable analytics solutions, building stakeholder trust, and collaborating with account, product, marketing, and consulting teams.

Executes partner marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, and co-branded assets. Coordinates timelines, stakeholders, communications, content, partner portal resources, and campaign logistics. Produces reports on engagement, leads, events, spend, and MDF usage, identifies optimization opportunities, and recommends workflow improvements. Collaborates with Partner Managers, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, agencies, and external partners while using AI to accelerate research, drafting, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Leads Seeq’s product marketing and campaign program management functions, translating product, portfolio, and industry strategies into positioning, messaging, launch plans, and coordinated go-to-market programs. The role oversees narrative and asset governance, cross-functional launch readiness, campaign dependencies, team development, and operating rhythms. It partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Partner Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Analytics to improve market clarity, execution discipline, and commercial impact.

Lead APAC Customer Success team of managers and analytics engineers to drive customer value, retention (GRR/NRR), and expansion for Seeq's industrial analytics platform. Build and hire the team, develop success strategies, manage escalations and release planning, analyze customer data to optimize outcomes, and align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations for enterprise manufacturing customers.

Drives Seeq’s ARR growth across APAC by selling enterprise SaaS solutions to manufacturing, operational technology, chemical, and pharmaceutical customers. The role manages territory strategy, prospecting, pipeline forecasting, solution proposals, negotiations, renewals, expansions, and new-logo acquisition. It requires engagement with VP and C-level stakeholders, collaboration with internal experts and partners, and leadership through mentoring and strategic account planning.
